How do you feel now ? How do you feel when you are happy ? How do you feel when you are positively excited ? How do you feel when you are sad ? How do you feel when you are stressed ? How do you feel in pleasure ? How do you feel when you receive any award or recognition ? How do you feel when somebody is praising you ? How do you feel when your children play if you are a parent ? How do you feel when you are arguing with some one ? How do you feel when you are in “Bliss” ? How do you feel when you are up against targets ? Everyone feel differently in each one of the above situations. Different, I mean, the feelings are on the opposite extremes.
In cases you feel extremely happy, joy, motivated, inspired etc. In some other cases you feel rejected, dejected, sad, shallow, tense etc. Feelings are our reactionary responses to the circumstances and environments we are exposed to, based on the incidents that happen in our life. The more we are exposed to the positive incidents and environments we feel happy and joy and it is opposite if we are exposed to negative environments which will leave us sad and tensed.
In all the above you are feeling energy which takes you to the next level, wither one level up or one level down. The energy which takes you one level up which you experience when you are happy and joy makes you feel good about yourself. The energy which takes you one step below makes you feel sad and you feel low on confidence, dont trust your self etc. Try to control the negative energy up on you by controlling your emotions and the extent of the extent of negative impact that gives on you.
